Ben and David have both a perpetual obsession, with

  • learning which businesses and organisations are maximising the potential of the ageing workforce,
  • what their strategies are,
  • what their culture is and
  • what the mindsets are of those making the corporate or organisational change.

Some may call it simply age management, others see it as organisational principles of human capital management. We see it as Workplace Age Management and invest significantly into it.

Business today face an unprecedented scenario of an ageing workforce and limited supply of talent. The global, national and regional talent market conditions make that engagement, and retention of the mature worker essential for workplace diversity, sustainability and profitability.
